What days of the week + what times work best for you? (Even though each episode is around 30 minutes, please allow yourself at least an hour to do mic/camera checks and deal with any tech gremlins that may pop up on your big day):

What timezone are you in?? (Lauren’s in Los Angeles and has a flexible schedule, but if her “Friday at 3:00pm” is different than yours, then she needs to know that in advance or you’ll both show up online “on time” but not with each other and it’ll only lead to sadness/frustration).

Is your project have a set deadline or is it otherwise extremely time-specific? (Example: You’re promoting a horror fan art competition with a June 3rd deadline and, therefore, would need to be interviewed well before June to get the word out on time):
